Call for papers
The 24thInternational Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2025)
October 16-18, 2025 – Hanoi, VietnamOrganized by IEEE CAS Vietnam Chapter;
Hosted by VNU Information Technology Institute
The 24th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT2025) provides a forum for exchanging ideas, discussing research results, and presenting chip, circuit designs, and applications in communications and information technologies. Advances in circuits and systems enable breakthroughs such as hardware accelerators for AI, brain-machine interfaces, low-power VLSI design, neuromorphic computing, the development of IoT, wearable devices, and 5G-and-6G technologies. The integration of AI into communications and IT brings transformative potential in many areas. We expect this conference to explore and stimulate the contributed research on those subjects. The papers are solicited from prospective authors interested in the related fields.
The ISCIT 2025 conference is organized by the IEEE CAS Vietnam Chapter, co-hosted by the VNU Information Technology Institute (VNU-ITI), and technically supported by the IEEE SSCS Vietnam and the IEICE Vietnam Section. The ISCIT 2025 will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam. Further information about the conference, paper submission guidelines, and templates will be updated on the website.
Paper submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, six-page manuscripts, including figures, tables, and references, to the official ISCIT 2025 website. All papers will be handled electronically. Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings with ISBN and will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore® (the copyright shall be assigned to the IEEE). The proceedings of the ISCIT series are regularly indexed by Scopus and listed in the conference proceeding citation index (CPCI) of Clarivate.
