- Each paper must have at least one regular registration.
- To qualify for a discounted rate, you must provide proof of membership in one of the following organizations: the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) of Japan, or the Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications, and Information Association (ECTI) of Thailand.
